Kashif: Yes, I agree. The internet has a lot of benefits, like giving us access to information quickly. But it also has some disadvantages. For example, if we spend too much time online, it can be bad for our health. What do you think are the main benefits?
Zohaib: Well, I think one big benefit is that we can find information on almost anything we want. It is like having a huge library at our fingertips. What do you think about the disadvantages?
Kashif: I think one of the main disadvantages is that sometimes the information online isn’t always accurate. Also, spending too much time online can make us less social and active. What do you do to balance the benefits and disadvantages of the internet?
Zohaib: To balance it out, I try to limit my screen time and make sure I’m spending time with friends and family offline too. How about you?
Kashif: Yes, I do the same. I try to use the internet for useful things like learning new skills, but I also make sure to take breaks and spend time doing other activities. It is all about finding a good balance, I guess.

Urdu Translation of the Lesson “The Justice of Rasoolullah (خاتم انبیین صلی اللہ علیہ و علی آلہ و اصحابہ وسلم)”
اللہ کے رسول (خاتم انبیین صلی اللہ علیہ و علی آلہ و اصحابہ وسلم) کا انصاف
:قرآن میں، اللہ تعالیٰ مومنوں کو حکم دیتے ہیں
اے ایمان والو! اللہ کے لئے انصاف کیلئے قائم رہو، اگرچہ وہ (خود) تمہارے اپنے، تمہارے والدین یا قریبی رشتہ دار وں کے خلاف (ہی کیوں نہ) ہو۔ چاہے وہ امیر ہوں یا غریب، اللہ ان کے مفاد کی حفاظت کرنے کے لئے بہترین ہیں۔ تو اپنی خواہشات کو اتنا کھلا مت چھوڑ دو کہ وہ تمہیں انصاف (قائم کرنے) سے (بھٹکا کر) دور کر دیں۔ اگر تم (اللہ سے کی گئی) گواہی کو توڑو یا اس (گواہی) کو پورا کرنے سے انکار کر دو، تو یہ جان لو کہ(بے شک) اللہ یقینا (اسے) خوب جانتا ہے جو تم کرتے ہو۔” (سورة النساء، ۴:۱۳۵)
حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے (اللہ تعالی کی طرف سے) نبوت کی (عظیم) ذمہ داری سونپے جانے سے پہلے بھی (ہمیشہ) اللہ کے احکامات کی پابندی کی۔ تربیت الٰہی کے نتیجے میں ان میں عدل و انصاف(کا وصف) آپ کی شخصیت کا جزو بن چکا تھا۔ بچپن ہی سے حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم زمانہ جاہلیت میں معاشروں کی اخلاقی پستی (اور زوال) سے باہر رہے۔ آپ نے اپنی جوانی میں ظلم اور ناانصافی کی مخالفت کی، اور آپ نے سماجی انصاف کے معاہدے’حلف الفضول’ میں شمولیت اختیار کی، (جو کہ) ایک انجمن (تنظیم تھی) ، جو قبل از اسلام مکہ میں منصفانہ تجارتی لین دین کے لیے بنائی گئی تھی۔ “حلف کا مطلب حلف ہے جبکہ ‘فضول’ کا مطلب ہے فضیلت والے لوگ۔
اسلام سے پہلے عربوں میں نظام ِعدل مضبوط بنیادوں پر قائم نہیں تھا ۔ (نہ ہی) وہاں (باقاعدہ طور پر) کوئی تحریری قانون تھا کہ جسے بنیاد بنا کر (حدود کو) لاگو کیا جاتا، اس لیے تنازعات کو حل کرنا ججوں کی صوابدید پر چھوڑ دیا گیا۔ تاہم،(اس حقیقت کے تناظر میں جج کا) فیصلہ مطلق نہیں ہوتا تھا، کیونکہ ممکنہ طور پر طاقتور شاید اپنے خلاف(آنے والے) فیصلوں کو نہ مانتا (اور یوں انصاف قائم ہی نہ ہو پاتا)۔ اسی وجہ سے کمزور کو (ہی) عام طور پر مجرم پایا جاتا تھا۔ حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نظام ِعدل کی بنیاد کسی شخص کو اس کا حق دینے کے اصول پر رکھی۔ چاہے (معاشرے میں) اس کا مقام کچھ بھی ہو؛ غالب یا مظلوم۔
حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے دور میں زمین کے ایک ٹکڑے پر ایک جھونپڑی بنائی گئی جو دو بھائیوں کی ملکیت تھا۔ ورثاء نے جھونپڑی کی ملکیت پر (دعوی کرتے ہوئے) جھگڑا کیا۔ وہ مسئلہ حل کرنے کے لیے (یہ معاملہ لے کر) رسول (خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ و علی آلہ و اصحابہ وسلم) کے پاس گئے۔ پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت حذیفہ بن یمان رضی اللہ عنہ کو اس معاملے (کا حل ڈھونڈنے) کی ذمہ داری سونپی۔ حضرت حذیفہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ تحقیقات کے لیے جھونپڑی کے مقام پر تشریف لے گئے۔ آپ رضی اللہ عنہ نے مختلف لوگوں کے بیانات قلمبند کیے، گواہوں سے شہادتیں لیں اور اپنا فیصلہ حضرت محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی منظوری کے لیے پیش کیا۔
آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے (پیش کیئے گئے) فیصلہ کا بغور جازہ لیا اور اسے منظور کر لیا۔
حضرت محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قائم کردہ انصاف کے ادارے میں جج ثبوت کے مطابق فیصلہ کرتا ہے۔ اس طرح اس کے فیصلے سے غلط کو درست نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ اس وجہ سے (اسلام میں) جھوٹی گواہی دینا اور بے بنیاد ثبوت پیش کرنا سختی سے منع ہے۔ کسی جج کو اپنے حق میں فیصلہ دلانے کے لیے دھوکہ دینے(اور حق پر مبنی فیصلہ دینے سے بہکا دینے) کو پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے “آگ کا ٹکڑا” (جہنم) کہا ہے (یعنی ایسا کرنے سے سختی سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
قرآنِ مقدس مسلمانوں کو ہدایت دیتا ہے کہ وہ اپنے دشمنوں کے ساتھ بھی انصاف برتنے کا معاملہ روا رکھیں۔
اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو، انصاف قائم کرنے والے بنو (اور خدا کی رضاء لیے گواہی دینے والے بنو)، کسی قوم کی دشمنی تمہیں ناانصافی پر نہ آمادہ کرے،انصاف پر قائم رہو، پس یہی نیکی کے زیادہ قریب ہے، اور اللہ سے ڈرو، بیشک اللہ خبردار ہے اس (ہر عمل سے) جو تم کرتے ہو۔” (سورۃ المائدہ، 5:8)
ریاست مدینہ کے سربراہ کی حیثیت سے حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تمام مقدمات کا فیصلہ عدل و انصاف اور شفافیت کے ساتھ میرٹ (حقوق) کی بنیاد پر کرتے تھے۔ ایک مرتبہ قریش کی ایک عورت چوری میں ملوث پائی گئی۔ کچھ لوگ اسے سزا سے بچانا چاہتے تھے تاکہ قریش کے خاندان کی عزت (خراب ہونے سے) بچائی جا سکے۔ وہ سارے معاملے کو (خاموشی سے) دبا دینا چاہتے تھے۔ انہوں نے حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے جو کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بہت عزیز تھے، ان کے حق میں شفاعت کرنے کو کہا۔ حضرت محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بہت ناراض ہوئے اور فرمایا کہ’ اس (بااثر افرادکی سفارش کرنے اور سزا سے بچانے) کی وجہ سے بنی اسرائیل برباد ہو گئے، انہوں نے غریبوں پر قانون نافذ کیا اور امیروں کو معاف کر دیا۔
ایک خطبہ کے دوران ایک انصاری نے قبیلہ بنو ثعلبہ کے کچھ آدمیوں کو دیکھ کر کھڑے ہو کر ان کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور کہا: یا رسول اللہ! ان کے آباؤ اجداد نے ہمارے ایک فرد کو قتل کیا۔ ہم آپ سے التجا کرتے ہیں کہ اس کے بدلے ان میں سے ایک کو پھانسی دی جائے۔
حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جواب دیا کہ “باپ کا بدلہ بیٹے سے نہیں لیا جا سکتا”۔
حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بذادِ خود اپنی مثال سے ثابت کر دیا کہ ان سے بڑھ کر کوئی بھی انصاف کے لیے ثابت قدم نہیں ہو سکتا، خواہ وہ ان کے اپنے مفاد کے خلاف ہو یا ان لوگوں کے مفاد کے خلاف ہوجو آپ کے قرابت دار یا آپ کو عزیز تھے۔ آپ نے اپنے پاس لائے گئے ہر مقدمے کا فیصلہ،چاہے (مقدمہ لانے والا) دوست (ہوتا) یا دشمن، انصاف کے ساتھ، بغیر کسی خوف اور حمایت کے کیا۔ اتنی شان (اور عظمت ) کی حامل شخصیت زمان و مکان کی رکاوٹوں سے بالا ہو جاتی ہے۔ ہر زمانے کے لوگ حضور خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی (مبارک) زندگی سے (اپنے لیئے) زندگی کے مختلف شعبوں میں کسی نہ کسی حد تک (ضرور) رہنمائی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
قرآن پاک نے حضور خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زندگی کے اس پہلو کا واضح طور پر ان الفاظ میں ذکرکیا ہے:
“یقیناً تمہارے لیے اللہ کے رسول (کی ذات اور سنتوں) میں(رہنمائی حاصل کرنے کے لیئے) بہترین نمونہ ہے ہر اس شخص کے لیے جو اللہ اور یوم آخرت کی امید رکھتا ہے اور(اس کے لیئے بھی کہ جو) کثرت سے اللہ کو یاد کرتا ہے۔‘‘ (قرآن 33:21)
